In August 2018, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) has the great honor to be the first university of Vietnam receiving 4/5 stars in the QS ranking.

The Faculty of Environment and Labour Safety of Ton Duc Thang University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Department of Environmental Engineering, Seoul National University of Science and Technology (Seoultech).

On 23 July 2018, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) received accreditation from HCÉRES (The High Council for Evaluation of Research and Higher Education). The duration of HCÉRES certificated to TDTU from July 2018 to July 2023.

Water is essential for life. However, we are currently facing water scarcity for a number of reasons such as population explosion, rising water use, overexploitation of water and water pollution due to development activities, etc.

Being aware of the importance of preserving and protecting the green, clean and beautiful environment, from 2017, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) has invested in a special waste bin system to carry out the waste segregation.

With the desire to contribute to solving the problems of management and treatment of solid waste, as well as the model of sorting waste being carried out at TDTU.
