The Faculty of Environment & Labour Safety (Enlabsafe), formerly the Faculty of Occupational Safety Science, was established on April 16, 1998, with one initial training program: Occupational Safety Engineering. On September 9, 2002, the Faculty was renamed ENLABSAFE with three training programs: Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, and Environmental Engineering.
Since 2014, Enlabsafe has been enrolling and training students in a high-quality undergraduate program in Environmental Science. From December 2015, the Faculty was authorized to offer postgraduate programs in Environmental Engineering and Occupational Safety.
Among the training programs, Occupational Safety and Environmental Engineering were the first two programs established and offered by Ton Duc Thang University in the Southern region.
The training programs of the three majors in the Faculty are closely related and are regularly updated and improved by the Faculty's Scientific Council according to the actual situation, meeting the recruitment needs of society.
