[Exchange Program] Online teaching and instructing between Faculty's students and CCU's students

Within the framework of the cooperation program between the Faculty of Environment & Labor Safety and  Chinese Culture University, we both organized two online learning sessions with the participation of more than 35 students  from Taiwan and Vietnam.

Session 1: “Google Earth as a platform for studying Geography and Environmental Sciences” presented by Prof. Lei Hung Fei

Session 2: “Spatial interpolation of soil quality assessment using IDW Tool (Inverse Distance Weighted)” presented by Dang My Thanh

In next January, Taiwanese students from CCU will come to Vietnam to study some cases in following topics: 

• Landscape of Sông Sài Gòn on Cầu Phú Mỹ
• The local wetland agriculture and the landscape of the Can Gio Preservation Area
• Water Conservation - Coastal Erosion-Channel Erosion
• Using Google Earth, GIS and other electronic devices to measure and analyze data
