Students from La Trobe University (Australia) participate in a short-term course on "Climate change in Vietnam" at Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU)

Students of La Trobe University (Australia) and students of Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) participated in a short-term course on "Climate change in Vietnam" held at Ton Duc Thang University from February 13 to February 24, 2023.

In this course, students participated in lessons on the effects and adaptation to climate change conditions in Vietnam, and the effects of climate change in producing and using energy nowadays. In addition, there were also lessons on introducing the equipment to measure the environmental monitoring, producing drinking water with Nano Membranes, and the reuse of municipal wastewater using the MBR concept (BluElephant). In addition to lectures, students also have a chance to visit the Institute of Meteorology, Hydrology, and Climate Change; Hydro-meteorological Station of Ba Ria Vung Tau province.

This international student exchange program contributes to expanding training between TDTU and international universities, creating an environment for exchanging and learning between TDTU students and foreign students.
