FACULTY OF ENVIRONMENT AND LABOUR SAFETY: CONNECTING ALUMNI – SPREADING SUSTAINABLE VALUES

On June 28, 2025, Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) successfully organized the Alumni Connection Day with the enthusiastic participation of alumni from various cohorts, along with the lecturers of the Faculty of Environment and Labour Safety.

Meeting – Networking – Gratitude

Within the program, the Alumni Business Club was officially launched, featuring the participation of Mr. Nguyen Quoc Tuyen – an alumnus of the Faculty and currently Director of Phuc Nguyen Environmental Technology JSC – as a member of the Club's Executive Committee. This Club serves as a vital bridge between the university, businesses, and students, promoting activities in training support, internships, recruitment, and professional network development in the field of environment and occupational safety.

In addition, 06 alumni from the Faculty were honored with Certificates of Commendation from the University for their outstanding contributions to strengthening the alumni network of the Faculty and the University, including:

• Mr. Nguyen Quoc Tuyen, currently Director of Phuc Nguyen Environmental Technology JSC.

• Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nguyen, currently Deputy Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of District 1.

• Mr. Huynh Thanh Tu, currently Project Manager at Nam Thuan Phat Engineering JSC.

• Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan Anh, currently Safety Director at Saint-Gobain Vietnam Co., Ltd.

• Ms. Tran Thi Duyen, currently Senior Application Development Engineer at 3M Vietnam Co., Ltd.

As part of the celebration, the Faculty also organized a warm and heartfelt gathering and networking session between alumni and the Faculty. Alumni shared sincere and emotional stories about their student days, their career journeys, and practical work contributions. This gathering was not only a time to reminisce but also an opportunity to inspire lecturers and current students, reigniting their passion and enthusiasm for the profession they have chosen.

Within the Alumni Day program, alumni football teams from various faculties also competed in a friendly sports exchange. The alumni football team of the EN&LS Faculty participated enthusiastically, showcasing team spirit, youthfulness, and energy under the shared roof of TDTU.

The 2025 Alumni Connection Day of the Faculty of Environmental and Labour Safety concluded with deep emotions and left a strong impression on all participants. The EN&LS Faculty sincerely thanks all alumni for their presence, contributions, and continued companionship. You have carried the knowledge and spirit of TDTU far and wide into communities, society, and businesses.
