TDTU (Vietnam) and INJE (South Korea): Strengthening partnership through the Global OSH 2026 Short-term Course

Following the success of previous bilateral cooperation programs, the Faculty of Environment and Labour Safety (TDTU) and the Department of Occupational Health and Safety Engineering (INJE University, South Korea) co-organized the "Global Occupational Safety and Health 2026" (Global OSH 2026) course. The program took place successfully from July 13 to July 22, 2026, at Tan Hung Campus (TDTU), marking a new step forward in the strategic partnership between the two universities.

Throughout the course, students from both countries participated in a series of in-depth lectures combined with practical sessions on "Vietnam's Occupational Safety and Health System and Legislation," "Risk Assessment," and "Construction Safety". A highlight of the program was the field trip to An Ha Factory, DaiDung Group on July 17, 2026. The trip provided students with a visual perspective on occupational safety management processes in a large-scale, internationally standardized production environment.

Besides academic activities, Global OSH 2026 was also a vibrant cultural exchange forum. INJE students had the opportunity to learn about traditional Vietnamese culture and explore TDTU's modern facilities through a campus tour. These extracurricular activities also created a friendly space for TDTU students to practice their foreign language skills, connect with international friends, and enhance their global integration capabilities.

The course is an activity of strategic significance for the Faculty, aiming towards the goal of educational internationalization and improving training quality. The event not only strengthened the sustainable relationship with INJE University but also affirmed TDTU's reputation in training high-quality human resources to meet the requirements of the global labor market.
