Study tours and visits to businesses in the water supply and wastewater treatment sectors in 2026.

To strengthen the connection between theory and practice, and to improve the quality of training and professional experience for students, on April 4, 2026, the Faculty of Environment and Occupational Safety organized a field trip for lecturers and students to two facilities: the Ho Da Den Water Treatment Plant (belonging to Ba Ria - Vung Tau Water Supply Joint Stock Company - BWACO) and the Dat Do 1 Industrial Park Wastewater Treatment Plant (belonging to Tin Nghia Industrial Park Joint Stock Company - Phuong Dong), Ho Chi Minh City.

Within the framework of the program, the delegation directly visited the water supply and wastewater treatment systems and the sludge treatment process; learned about the practical operation at the plants; and exchanged and discussed with business representatives about opportunities for students to participate in internships and professional experiences in the future.

The trip not only helped students consolidate their professional knowledge but also broadened their understanding of the real-world work environment, thereby providing clearer direction for their studies and career development.

The Faculty of Environment and Occupational Safety and Health sincerely thanks Ba Ria - Vung Tau Water Supply Joint Stock Company (BWACO) and Tin Nghia - Phuong Dong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company for their enthusiastic support and for creating favorable conditions for the successful organization of the program.

Here are some pictures from the trip:
