Internship at the ADM factory in Binh Duong

On 21st March 2023, students from Ton Duc Thang university visited the ADM factory in Binh Duong, where they had been introduced to many sections of the factory and accompanied by different leaders in the entity.

They have learned about the significances of each section as well as what how each section of the factory contributed to the overall missions and goals of ADM. Moreover, students have learned about labour safety and PPE preparation for workers that ensured compliance and safety for everyone. In addition, students have gained real-life experiences about ADM's manufacturing process, and additionally explored different departments and job positions at ADM.

As prospective contributors of the future labour market, the students have gained new insights as well as expanding their relationships and knowledge with stakeholders in the factory.
