Students from Inje University (IU) - South Korea participating in a short-term study program at the Faculty of Environment and Labour Safety - Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) (Part 2)

During two weeks from 31st July to 12th August, Korean students from Department of Occupational Health and Safety Engineering, INJE University had a variety of intensive activities at TDTU and enterprises for learning and observing.

Moreover, they visited construction sites and observed safety techniques in Vietnam.

On August 9th, students went to furniture manufacturing process at Scancom Vietnam Co, Ltd. They listened to and discussed social responsibility, occupational safety and health at Scancom.

Students also had an opportunity to visit the Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Vietnam. The representative of KOCHAM talked about relationship between two countries, as well as the industrial developments of Korea in Vietnam.

At the weekend, they went to Ao Dai Museum at District 9 to see the history of Ao Dai in Vietnam. It was a fascinating experience.

We organized a farewell party for all students, gave souvenirs and certificates to Korean Students. We hope this Program will put a basic step for further cooperation between ENLABSAFE and DOHSE.
