Short-term Study Program of the Chinese Culture University (CCU), Taiwan at the Faculty of Environment and Labour Safety (TDTU)
As part of promoting international cooperation programs, student exchange, and cultural exchange, to provide opportunities for international students to study specialized subjects and learn about the culture, country, and people of Vietnam, as well as to create opportunities for students in the department to interact and learn with international friends, the Faculty of Environment and Labour Safety, in collaboration with the Geography Department of Chinese Culture University (CCU), Taiwan, is organizing short-term study programs at Ton Duc Thang University.
- Time: From June 21 to June 28, 2024.
- Locations: Ho Chi Minh City, Nha Trang, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan.
The program includes the following activities:

Theoretical lectures at TDTU:
- Topic 1: Theory of biodiversity and biological conservation.
- Topic 2: Introduction to Vietnamese culture and people.

Field surveys:
- Survey of Bau Trang ecosystem - Binh Thuan.
- Survey of hydrological and environmental factors at the Cai River estuary - Nha Trang.
- Visit to the Nha Trang Institute of Oceanography.
- Visit to Yersin Museum - Nha Trang.
- Field survey at Hon Mun Marine Protected Area - Nha Trang.
- Field survey at Ba Ho Ecotourism Area - Ninh Hoa.
- Field survey at Can Gio Biosphere Reserve.

Exploring some cultural features of Vietnam:
- Visit to Stone Church - Nha Trang.
- Visit to Long Son Pagoda - Nha Trang.
- Visit to Po Klong Garai Tower - Ninh Thuan.
- Visit to Independence Palace and Central Post Office - Ho Chi Minh City.
This program is significant in building the brand, contributing to the promotion of Ton Duc Thang University's international cooperation activities with foreign universities/research organizations, and strengthening the relationship between the university and its friendly partners.
