Moon Cake Baking Workshop - "FLAVORS OF THE FULL MOON"
The Mid-Autumn Festival atmosphere is everywhere, with moon cake stalls and colorful lanterns. Instead of just enjoying moon cakes, why not make your own unique cakes in your own style?
At this workshop, students experienced making moon cakes themselves with the guidance of Ms. Vo Thi Minh Phu - Lecturer of CLC Center. During this cake making session, students became more confident in communicating in English as well as being able to connect with friends, share joy and have beautiful memories during this Mid-Autumn Festival!
Workshop content:
Learn to make moon cakes from basic to advanced: From choosing ingredients, kneading dough, shaping.
Be creative with many types of fillings: Try traditional fillings such as mung beans or break out with new, modern flavors.
Networking and networking: Meet fellow students with similar interests, share experiences and create personalized cakes together.
Special: this activity is guided and communicated entirely in English, what could be more interesting than learning English while baking.
