On 17 June 2026, the Environmental Technology and Bioremediation Research Group, under the Faculty of Environment and Labour Safety, was officially announced. The group’s Vietnamese name is Nhóm Nghiên cứu Công nghệ Môi trường và Xử lý Sinh học, and its abbreviated name is EnBIO Lab. The group is led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Thanh Luu.

From May 11-15, 2026, lecturers from the Faculty of Environment and Labour Safety participated in a master trainer training program on innovative entrepreneurship in the field of energy efficiency, organized by the Department of Innovation, Green Transformation and Industrial Promotion (Ministry of Industry and Trade) in collaboration with the Global Green Growth Institute of Vietnam (GGGI).

On the occasion of Vietnam Science and Technology Day (May 18th), Popular Science Magazine published an interview with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Trong Dao – Rector of Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) – focusing on the strategy for developing science and technology, building an international research environment, and the direction for implementing the spirit of Resolution 57-NQ/TW at the university.
On April 20, 2026, Enlabsafe & Achison organized a workshop titled "Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health in 2026" at Hall A0403. The program attracted a large number of lecturers, experts, and students interested in the fields of occupational safety, health, and environment.

On December 14, 2025, the Faculty of Environmental Science and Environmental Engineering organized a field trip to the Rung Sac - Can Gio Biosphere Reserve for first-year students majoring in Environmental Science and Environmental Engineering Technology.
The conference opened at Ton Duc Thang University with the participation of more than 130 scientists from multiple countries, focusing on environmental technology, environmental health and safety, and sustainable development. The event received over 100 research submissions, with many high-quality papers recommended for publication in proceedings and reputable international journals.
On 26-27/11/2025, Enlabsafe - TDTU coordinated with USM (Malaysia), NICT (Japan) and CADT (Cambodia) to organize Knowledge Transfer Meeting & Workshop I within the framework of the ASEAN IVO 2025 project.
On November 25, 2025, the Faculty of Environment and Labor Protection - TDTU organized a reception and working session with a delegation of experts from prestigious Japanese Universities and Research Institutes at Tan Hung campus.
The TDTU–USM Academic Exchange Program 2025, jointly organized by the Faculty of Environment & Labour Safety (TDTU) and USM from 27/10 to 14/11/2025, attracted more than 40 students participating in both online and on-site phases. The program provided a vibrant international academic environment, fostering learning, research exchange, and expanding future collaboration opportunities between TDTU and USM.
